About

Visitors to the Accademia Gallery museum can gain fast-track entrance with a priority ticket to witness the Michelangelo original masterpiece. The David, recognized worldwide as a brilliant homage of the Renaissance era, awaits exploration. From every angle, marvel at the grandeur of David as it commands the central space of the museum. Take in its splendor and bask in its magnificence. In his twenties, Michelangelo fashioned The David from a piece of Carrara marble he found nearby. Depicting the biblical protagonist who overcame Goliath, the statue stands tall at 5.17 meters or 17 feet. When it debuted in 1504, it was a representation of the Florentine Republic's devotion to preserving civil liberties. San Matteo and the Prigioni created by Michelangelo deserve recognition for their intriguing state of being unfinished. Make sure to enjoy and reflect on their unique nature for a moment. Through the ages of the Middle Ages to the Renaissance, the Accademia Gallery showcases numerous artistic masterpieces. Among them, works by the likes of Botticelli, Andrea del Sarto, and Paolo Uccello are on display in addition to the well-known Michelangelo collection. Your proficient English-speaking guide will navigate the gallery's remarkable pieces. Make your way to Signoria Square, before entering the awe-inspiring Uffizi Gallery and beginning your guided tour of the primary rooms. Our reservation allows for priority entrance, where you can avoid the typical long lines. The tour itself is around two and a half hours, leaving ample time to marvel at the works on display. For those seeking further information, there are ample supplementary sources to explore, such as literary works, online databases, and articles. These resources can afford a deeper comprehension of a particular subject. Marvel at the breathtaking Venere by Botticelli, experience Giotto's groundbreaking artwork, be captivated by the fusion of artistic innovation and logical genius in Leonardo's works, and witness the alluring sensuality of Primavera. Plus, numerous other unparalleled artists will leave you amazed.
