Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or change your plans, please make sure to send your request only through tours@townsofitaly.com before the specified deadlines mentioned below. Please be aware of this important information. From the starting day of the tour, within 8 days, bookings for 1 to 8 people can be cancelled or rescheduled. Just a heads up, if you happen to make a reservation for a party of 9 or more people, keep in mind that 30% of the total cost won't be refunded. However, if you decide to cancel or change your reservation, you can get back 70% of the amount as long as you do it at least 15 days before the tour starts. A 100% cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellations or rescheduling that occurs after the deadline mentioned earlier. Subject to availability, rescheduling can take place.

Children and teenagers under 18 years of age should always be accompanied by at least one adult. In the event that this requirement is not met, we retain the right to exclude the underage participant, and unfortunately, no refund will be provided.

Please note that pets are not allowed on this tour.

A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements.
Please note that due to security reasons bulky backpacks and bags are not allowed inside the Duomo and the terraces.

We regret to inform that this tour is not suitable for guests with wheelchairs or with impaired mobility.
We do not recommend this visit to people with heart pathologies, or people suffering from claustrophobia or dizziness, and pregnant women.
Access to the Terrace with heels or flip flops is not recommended. In case of rain please pay the utmost attention during climbing to the Terrace.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents, parents are responsible for their children.
It is absolutely forbidden to:
- lean over or lean against the balcony railing
- cross the cordon
- stick out cell phones, cameras or other objects

The itinerary inside the Duomo and Brunelleschi Cupola may slightly vary depending on restrictions decided by the museum board. The inclusions and the tour quality will always be preserved.
